Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. Within a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. She began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. She was the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. She came back in 2015 and continued from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional fitness awards. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age to ever be a part of history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She came in third at the contest. In June of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. Ariel competed with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm with a pull-up device as well as sitting rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lightweight day, and the other heavier weight day.
